Screening material is available in standard Fiberglass, 70% Solar, 90% Solar, Aluminum and Pet protective. Our frames are available in Bronze, Aluminum and White.
Use this formula with each different window. Some windows may appear to be the same size but may differ by just a small amount. Determine if you want a new frame or not. A battered frame may be irreparable, and a new frame is not expensive. Example:
· First measure the height of the screen in inches:* _______ “ 30” +
· Then the width in inches: _______ “ 24”
. Add the two together (not multiply) _______ =54”
Next choose the screen material price:
Screen Only With New Frame
Fiberglass: 23¢ 28¢
70% Solar: 35¢ 40¢
90% Solar: 45¢ 50¢
Pet Screen: 40¢ 45¢
Aluminum: 28¢ 33¢
Now multiply the sum of the two measurements times the material:
(sum of measurement X (cost of material) = COST OF SCREEN
Tension springs, and tabs, if needed, are $1.00 more, and $2.00 for spreaders.
*If a screen is not available to measure, measure the inside of the channel. Tell us if the screen needs to fit inside the channel or if it will fit outside with clip. You are responsible for accurate measurments; we cannot be responsible if the screen does not fit when made to your measurement, so please ask if you have any doubts.
